Childhood Favorite: Mosaic Cake (No-Bake Biscuit Roll)
A fun, no-bake, and incredibly easy dessert made with tea biscuits mixed into a rich, buttery cocoa sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 packs plain tea biscuits (petit beurre)
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- Optional: 1/2 cup crushed walnuts or hazelnuts
Instructions
Break the tea biscuits into roughly bite-sized pieces in a large bowl. Do not crush them into crumbs.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, melted butter, and cocoa powder until smooth.
Pour the cocoa sauce over the broken biscuits. (Add the optional walnuts at this step).
Gently fold the mixture from bottom to top until all the biscuits are coated, being careful not to turn them into a mush.
Transfer the mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper. Wrap it tightly, shaping it into a log or pyramid with your hands.
Place it in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours to set. Slice and serve cold.
