Terms of Use | Nepişir

1. Parties and Purpose

These Terms of Use ('Agreement') govern the relationship between Heetsoft Information Technology Inc. ('Company'), the developer and operator of the Nepisir: Recipe Assistant ('App') mobile application and website, and its users ('User'). By downloading, registering with, or using the App, you declare that you have read this entire agreement, understood its content, and accepted all its provisions.

2. Scope of Service

Nepisir is a digital assistant that uses AI-powered algorithms to provide recipe suggestions based on ingredients, restrictions (dietary, health, disliked foods, etc.), and preferences entered by the User.

Although our Company exercises maximum care regarding the accuracy, reliability, and applicability of the content offered through the App;

3.1. Not Medical Advice

Filters such as 'Diabetes', 'Celiac', 'Cholesterol' and nutritional values contained within the App are for informational purposes only. This content does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The User must consult a specialist doctor or dietitian before making any dietary changes or applying a special nutrition program.
The Company cannot be held responsible for health problems that may arise as a result of applying the suggestions in the App.

3.2. Food Safety and Allergens

The App cannot know the freshness or quality of the ingredients entered by the User, or the User's specific allergy conditions (if not entered into the App by the User).

Foodborne Illness: Cooking times and methods specified in recipes are based on general standards. The Company is not responsible for food poisoning resulting from spoiled ingredients, improper storage conditions, or cooking errors.
Allergic Reactions: Even if the User has not entered a specific item as an 'unwanted ingredient,' the User is personally responsible for checking whether they are allergic to any substance in the recommended recipe.

3.3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Limitations

Recipes are generated dynamically by Artificial Intelligence. Although rare, it is possible for the AI to suggest incompatible ingredients or provide incorrect measurements. The User should use their own culinary experience and logic when applying the recipe and should not proceed in suspicious situations.

4. User Obligations

The User agrees that the information provided when creating a membership (especially health restrictions and allergies) is accurate and up-to-date.
Selling, copying, or unauthorized distribution of recipes obtained through the App for commercial purposes is prohibited.
The User may not engage in reverse engineering activities that would threaten the security of the application.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All financial and moral rights regarding the design, software, database, logo, and original content created for the Nepisir application belong to Heetsoft Information Technology Inc..

6. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms of Use at any time. Changes become effective on the date they are published on the App or website.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Turkish Republic Laws shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement, and Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
