Classic Turkish Eggs with Sujuk

Ingredients
- Half a ring of Turkish sujuk (garlic sausage)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust based on sujuk's saltiness)
Instructions
Peel the casing off the sujuk and slice it into thin rounds.
Melt the butter in a wide skillet over medium heat.
Arrange the sujuk slices in the pan and fry both sides lightly.
Once the sujuk releases its flavorful oils and browns slightly, crack the eggs directly over them.
Sprinkle with salt and red pepper flakes. Cook until the egg whites are set, leaving the yolks runny or breaking them according to your preference.
